Please register with us prior to reaching out to schedule any trial day evaluations. Feel free to contact us prior to signing up if you have any questions about the registration process.

Once you have finished registering with Gingr and sent in proof of vaccinations, reach out to schedule your dog's first visit!

ALL dogs over the age of 10 months must be spayed or neutered in order to attend.
Additionally, we require proof of vaccination for Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo. We only accept veterinarian administered proof of vaccines (no at-home vaccines).

Standard Trial Day Evaluations (any dog over 10 months)

If your dog is between 7-10 months of age, they may need to do a Standard Trial Day depending on size/maturity due to being a bit too old for the younger puppy group. After the trial visit, you would be charged puppy rates until they reach 10 months of age. Please ask if you have any questions regarding this.
  • Adult trial days are scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30-11:30 AM. We request that you drop off between 7:30 and 8:00 AM so that we can build a group around your dog. We've found that this helps reduce stress on their first day, by getting to meet each dog as they filter into the group versus coming in later and attempting to integrate your pup into an already made group.
  • We'll use the time they're with us to assess their temperament, sociability, screen for any behavioral concerns, and see if they may enjoy large group play like daycare! Our group size averages between 15-18 dogs on a daily basis and a larger group setting is not for every dog. Some dogs LOVE daycare and thrive in this setting, and some dogs really do not enjoy it or tolerate it (depending on their sociability and personality). If your dog shows any extreme anxiety, self-isolating, defensiveness like snapping at the other dogs, lashing out, etc., or unsafe play behavior (like pinning, nipping ankles, excessive barking/mounting, etc) we will give you a call to come get them early.
  • Trial days are $25 for dogs older than 10 months and $32 for puppies under 10 months. The price of the trial day includes a morning of supervised group play as well as a complimentary detailed report card with pictures and a description including what we saw from them in the group with some recommendations going forward if we think that daycare is a good fit for them.
    • Reminder: Any dog over the age of 10 months must be spayed/neutered to attend daycare!
  • We start new-to-daycare dogs with our Open Playdates! These are 1/2 day reservations and are run on Wed/Thurs/Fri AM or PM. We like new dogs to complete a couple playdates and show they're settling in well to group play prior to trying any full days.

Initial Evaluation for Puppies
(4-7 months of age):

Puppies can do their initial evaluation any morning of the week, but they can also join a trainer-led puppy playgroup. On Fridays, we run a 4-7 month old puppy playgroup from 7:30am until 12:15pm.

The cost for the Friday morning puppy playgroup is $32.

Initial Evaluation for Little Dogs:

We offer an AM and PM Littles group on Mondays! This group is perfect for dogs approx. 30lbs or less as well as timid puppies. Their first visit is considered their initial evaluation. Any littles displaying any unsafe behaviors such as aggression, extreme separation anxiety, escape attempts, etc. will be sent home early.

The price for Littles group is $22.

Any dog completing their FIRST VISIT will get a complimentary report card with a detailed description of what behaviors we saw in the group, pictures, and any recommendations going forward.

Keep in mind that daycare is not for every dog. We run playgroups of around 15-18 dogs, and some dogs can become stressed in a large group setting or behave differently when away from their owners. We strive for all dogs here to be happy and comfortable, and if your dog is displaying extreme stress or defensiveness (ex: lashing out due to fear, escape attempts, or unsafe play behavior), we reserve the right to send them home early and discontinue daycare services at any time.
