Late Pickup Policy:
A late fee of $1 per minute will be applied for any pickups occurring after the scheduled pickup time.
See our Hours Page for pick-up/drop off times.
Spay/Neuter Policies:
Age limit requirement: We require all dogs to stay home once they turn 10 months until they are spayed or neutered.
In Heat before 10 months? We require female dogs that go into heat to stay out of daycare until their heat is completed. They can return to daycare after their heat until they are 10 months, and then they must be spayed to come back.
Spay/Neuter recovery time: We require that all pups be out of daycare for at least 2 weeks post-spay/neuter surgery.
Daycare Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made on the same calendar day as the reservation and no-shows will be charged their full daycare reservation rate.
To avoid charges, please notify us of cancellations at least 1 day in advance.
Example: if your pup is scheduled for a full day and you cancel same day or no show, they will be charged the full day rate.
Overnight Stay & Play Cancellations:
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any Overnight cancellations to receive a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit.
Kennel Cough & Lice:
For any dogs showing symptoms of kennel cough or lice we require a rest period and require they go two weeks without symptoms before returning to daycare.
Vaccination Requirements:
All dogs must have current proof of Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo vaccinations on file before attending daycare.
Grooming and training services require Rabies at minimum, unless they are too young to receive a Rabies vaccine.
We do not accept owner-administered vaccines and only accept records from a licensed veterinarian or veterinary clinic.
