Update - 3/15/2023

Sky Hi Family,

Spring is upon us! Please protect your dogs from fleas, ticks, and other parasites by getting them on a monthly preventative. If your dog comes to a group social facility, routine parasite prevention is highly recommended. Consult your vet for the best option.

Canine cough season is around the corner. During spring, we see an increase in cases. If your dog displays coughing symptoms, keep them at home and inform us. Young and new dogs are more susceptible, so please take extra precautions.

We are hiring and training new staff over the next few months. Please be patient with our new reception staff, and don't hesitate to introduce yourself. If you need assistance and the lobby is empty, please ring the doorbell on the counter. For a more immediate response, you can text us at the SkyHi number.

We have introduced 2-way texting for faster and reliable communication.

Save our new text number +1 844-984-5066 as SkyHi-text in your contacts to reach us easily.

Please note that this number is different from our call number.

Update - 2/13/2023

Hi SkyHi Family,

Effective March 1st, our grooming prices will be increasing by $5 (except for nail trim and touch-ups). We have always aimed to provide the best care for your pets, and this slight increase will help us to continue offering high-quality services.

In our effort to bring you faster and more reliable communication, we are now connected to our customers via 2-way texting! When you receive a text from +1 844-984-5066, please save us as SkyHi-text in your contacts so that you can reply directly to us. This number is not the same as the number you can call at our front desk.

As we approach the spring season, we would like to remind you of the importance of parasite prevention. At our group social facility, it is crucial that all dogs are on routine flea/tick preventatives. Not only does it protect against fleas and ticks, but it also protects against other parasites such as lice.

We appreciate your continued support and look forward to continuing to provide your dogs with the best care possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you,
The SkyHi Team
